About The Physio Room

The Physio Room was founded by Panayiotis Hios, who is passionate about helping people and providing solutions and outcomes for patients that will often feel like they will just have to live with their pain.  Unfortunately, it is all too common to be told to just stop doing an activity if it hurts.  For some this might be okay, but that just might not be option for many people.  For some, a certain activity such as going for a walk or run is a stress reliever.  It can have such a negative impact to be told to just stop.  We are committed and devoted to helping our patients achieve their own success story.  We know that pain or an injury can provide significant physical and mental barriers.  We completely understand the frustration, the uncertainty, the ups, and the downs.  We are committed to devoting the time needed to help patients feel better and return to pain/symptom-free living.  We will not rush patients through treatments.  Your personal improvement is our highest priority and you will have our undivided attention during the course of your care.
